Preschool Lead Educator | Castle Hill

Heritage House Childcare & Early Learning Centres is a 25+ year family-owned and operating business looking for an experienced Room Leader to join our Heritage House team.

We are looking for an experienced, passionate, and dedicated individual. The successful candidate will have a strong focus on quality customer service delivery, the drive to develop strong relationships with families, have strong leadership skills, and be passionate about developing a creative learning environment for our children.

Diploma or ECT Position:

Diploma or Early Childhood Degree required

Previous Experience in leading a room and collaborating/mentoring alongside a team of educators.

Working as a Room Leader in our preschool space - an opportunity is available at our Castle Hill Location

Passionate and reliable candidates that are engaging and interested in providing a stimulating, positive and inclusive environment.

Take a lead in the development, delivery, and evaluation of a quality early learning program for children enrolled in the Centre, ensuring individual children’s strengths, interests and needs are identified and their learning enhanced.

Monitor and document children’s development and progress through a diverse range of methods that reflect the principles of the Early Years Learning Framework.
