About the Role

As an Educator at Cubby Care Coomera, you will:

Create meaningful, age-appropriate learning experiences through play and exploration

Foster strong, respectful, and kind relationships with children, families, and colleagues

Embrace outdoor, land-based, and nature-inspired practices in daily learning

Support a calm, inclusive, and supportive learning environment

Engage in reflective practice and ongoing professional growth

What We’re Looking For

Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care

Current Working with Children Check (Blue Card)

Passion for outdoor/nature play and child-led learning

Excellent communication and teamwork skills

A kind, reliable, and growth-focused approach
