Goodna - Queen Street Kids Early Learning Centre is a BRAND NEW purpose built and uniquely designed centre that has just opened it's doors. The centre is inspired by the Reggio Emilia approach and is licensed for 112 places a day across seven beautiful studios, catering for children aged six weeks to six years. Our facilities and philosophy are unrivalled in the Early Childhood Education industry. With it's own children's cafeteria, food exploration laboratory, theatre stage and art studio.

Are you a motivated and passionate Lead Educator? Are you excited about starting something new? At Goodna Queen St Kids ELC, we have a fantastic opportunity at our brand new centre where you will receive ongoing support from an experienced management team including an onsite Centre Manager/Nominated Supervisor, Assistant Centre Manager and Educational Leader. This is coupled with ample Professional Development opportunities to ensure quality implementation of the Reggio Emilia approach.

**We are participating in the Worker Retention Payment Grant!**If successful you will receive an additional payment on top of your above award pay rate.

The successful applicant for this role will:

Be passionate and desire to work with infants

Take pride in the presentation of the centre

Possess a genuine desire and commitment for working with children

MUST hold a Diploma in Children's Services (or be working towards*)

Must be available to work 5 days a week.

Be willing to work as part of a team to provide high quality care for children

Express a genuine passion or interest in the Reggio Emilia philosophy

Demonstrate excellent communication, organisation and time management skills

Show a clear understanding of the the NQF (National Quality Framework), EYLF (Early Years Learning Framework) and if applicable QKLG (Queensland Kindergarten Learning Guidelines)
