Taigum Kids Early Learning Centre is a Reggio Emilia inspired early learning centre located in the northern suburbs of Brisbane. This beautiful double centre is licensed for 175 places a day across ten beautiful studios. We are looking for confident and experienced educators to join our existing team. Catering for children aged six weeks to five years our facilities and philosophy are unrivalled in the Early Childhood Education industry. With a high quality Sustainability program, large natural playgrounds and outdoor Ateliers, Taigum Kids Early Learning Centre really is the centre that Taigum deserves.

We are currently seeking experienced and passionate Lead Educators to join our wonderful team. The successful applicants will have ongoing mentoring from an experienced management team including an onsite Centre Manager, 2IC and Educational Leader as well as a supportive Operations Team and a Leadership & Business Manager.

The successful applicants for these roles will:

Essential Criteria:

Take pride in the presentation of the centre

Possess a genuine desire and commitment for working with children

Be willing to work as part of a team to provide high quality care for children

Express a genuine passion or interest in the Reggio Emilia philosophy.

Hold a Diploma in Children's Services (or working towards)*

Demonstrate excellent communication, organisation and time management skills

Show an understanding of the the NQF (National Quality Framework), EYLF (Early Years Learning Framework) MTOP and if applicable QKLG (Queensland Kindergarten Learning Guidelines)

Eligible applicants for this position, MUST have experience, hold the appropriate qualifications as well as hold or be willing to obtain a current suitability card, First Aid/CPR, Anaphylaxis and Asthma training and be aware of and understand the assessment and rating processes.
