We are looking for engaging casual relief teachers with excellent communication - ECT, Junior Primary, Middle or Secondary School, to join our team.

Casual relief work allows you to manage your own availability, and even if you can work one day a week or a fortnight, we encourage you to apply. We support your work/life balance.

We are a person to person service and available to take your call with our extended operating hours. Our staff are important to us and become part of our Switch Community. We are committed to support you in your teaching career. With regular contact we can understand your changing needs and ensure we remain on track with your goals.

Our network gives you access to schools across Adelaide metropolitan and opens potential to long and short-term contracts, and permanent work. We do the groundwork for you.

To be considered for the role, it is essential you have, or have the ability to obtain:

A relevant teaching qualification

Clearances: WWCC, RRHAN, First Aid, and South Australian Teachers Registration

Referees who can comment on relevant teaching experience

Student teaching experience with referees who can verify your practical classroom skills and teaching abilities

We encourage teachers from overseas to apply if they have received their South Australian Teachers Registration or received mutual recognition for their overseas qualification from the South Australian Teachers Registration Board.
