About the roles

Old Bar Little Learners' are seeking passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Educators to join our team. As an Early Childhood Educator, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality care and education to children aged 6 weeks- six years in our Brand-New Centre located in Old Bar, NSW.

What you'll be doing

Developing and implementing, engaging and developmentally appropriate educational programs that foster children's physical, cognitive, social and emotional growth for children aged 6 weeks to six years.

Observing and documenting children's progress, and using this information to tailor learning experiences to individual needs

Establishing and maintaining positive relationships with children, families and the wider community

Ensuring a safe, clean and nurturing environment for all children in your care

Working collaboratively with other educators to share ideas and best practices

Upholding the Centre's policies, procedures and quality standards

What we're looking for

Relevant early childhood education qualification (e.g. Certificate III, Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education and Care)

Experience working in an early childhood education and care setting and prepared to work flexible hours from 7:00 am to 6:00 pm.

Strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with children and families

Enthusiasm, creativity and a genuine passion for making a difference in the lives of young children

Valid Working With Children Check
