We are searching for a dynamic super-star Educator who enjoys fostering a supportive environment and have a passion for child-centred, play-based programs. This is a temporary contract with the possibility of extension and may suit a person who is looking for a change in pace or to experience a different environment.

Our programs operate in small groups and we like to staff over-ratio. Hence, we are recruiting for an Educator up to 32 hours per week to fulfill this unique role. 16 - 22 hours are a parental leave job share. There are also 10 hours per week to fulfil an inclusion support role through to the end of the year. This part time position would suit a person who is flexible and looking to have a work-life balance. For the right person, the days and hours are negotiable.

You will have strong ethical standards and the ability to plan and implement an engaging program. We are looking for an individual who is passionate about early childhood pedagogy, has excellent organisational skills and enjoys working across all age groups Birth – 6 years. A strong focus on reflection with demonstrated abilities is important to us.

Cundletown Preschool & Long Day Care Centre is a 39 place, Rated Exceed, 3 room boutique service, owned and operated by a Mid North Coast family. We are a child safe organisation upholding the UN Conventions the Rights of the Child and Australian child safe checks will be conducted.

Essential:

· ACECQA approved Diploma or Certificate 3 qualification or working towards studying student

· Australian resident or current Commonwealth government verified work rights

· Current Working with Children Check

· Police Check will be requested if residing overseas for greater than 6 months

· Current HLTAID012 certificate and current CPR

· Demonstrated understanding of EYLF & NQS
