We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeableEducational Leader / Administrationjoin our Charley’s Place Glenvale team. This pivotal role will see you lead and inspire our educational program, with a strong focus onQuality Area 1 – Educational Program and Practice.

About the Role:

Permanent, part-timeposition

5 days per week non-contactto focus on mentoring, curriculum planning, and driving excellence in practice, assisting in the administration role

Collaborate with our Director and Educators to deliver high-quality programs that reflect the needs, interests, and abilities of every child

Lead critical reflection and continuous improvement in line with the National Quality Framework

What We’re Looking For:

Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education (or equivalent ACECQA-approved qualification)

Proven knowledge and application ofQuality Area 1

Strong leadership and mentoring skills

Ability to inspire, guide and support educators to deliver exceptional learning experiences

Excellent communication and organisational skills

Ability to assist in classrooms when required
