About the Role

Busy Bees on Furlong Road is seeking a passionateEducational Leaderto inspire and guide our team in delivering high-quality early learning programs. This is a leadership role where you will:

Lead curriculum planning and implementation aligned with the EYLF and NQS.

Mentor and support educators in delivering engaging, child-led learning experiences.

Drive continuous improvement in teaching practices and educational outcomes.

Collaborate with families, educators, and the leadership team to foster a strong learning culture.

Ensure compliance with the National Quality Standards and Busy Bees pedagogy.

What You’ll Need

Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA equivalent).

Proven experience as anEducational Leaderor senior educator.

Strong knowledge of theEYLF, NQS, and compliance requirements.

Demonstrated leadership, mentoring, and communication skills.

A validWorking with Children Check (NSW).

Current First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis, and Asthma certifications.
