We’re currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established early learning centre in Glen Iris for a confident and inspiring Educational Leader with an approved Early Childhood Teaching qualification.

About the Role:

• Lead the educational program and mentor educators across all rooms
• Ensure consistent implementation of EYLF, NQS and centre philosophy
• Drive critical reflection and continuous improvement
• Support relationships with families and the local community

Some keen considerations for the role:

• Ideally 1-2 years’ experience working in a similar role
• A growth mindset, with the view to continue to improve and develop their pedagogy and practice.
• A can- do attitude with the ability to be innovative with curriculum.
• Able to passionately work within their philosophy.
• Must hold an Early Childhood Degree & VIT Accreditation (or working towards)
