• Mentor and lead a team of dedicated educators
• Oversee curriculum development aligned with EYLF and NQF
• Champion quality practice and continuous improvement
• Collaborate with the Centre Director in day-to-day operations as 2IC
• Play a key role in centre planning, compliance, and innovation
• Build and maintain strong relationships with children, families, and the community

About You:

• Hold a DiplomaorBachelor of Early Childhood Education
• Deep understanding of EYLF,NQF, and compliance requirements
• Confident and capable in mentoring, leadership, and team development
• Passionate about early childhood education and nurturing strong learning environments
