You’ll be at the centre of a supportive, collaborative team —where ideas are shared, wins are celebrated, and growth is something we do together.. You’ll mentor and guide Lead Educators and their Assistant Educator teams, sparking inspiration and strengthening practice through coaching, collaboration, and plenty of encouragement.

Sparrow Early Learning Buderimis set in a peaceful Buderim location, our centre is known for its strong team culture and warm, community feel. With four Reggio Emilia-inspired studios, our close-knit team works together to create a calm, welcoming environment where everyone feels a sense of belonging. What you’ll need:

Diploma in Early Childhood Education & Care OR Bachelor in Education (Early Childhood)

Minimum 1 year experience in a current Educational Leader role

Proven knowledge & understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework, National Quality Standards, Childhood Development and Play-based Child-drive Pedagogy

Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal and the ability to communicate with clear vision.

Experience with mentoring & collaborating with a diverse team

Current Working with Children Check

First Aid and CPR certificates including Asthma and Anaphylaxis training.
