Educational Leaders – Early Childhood Education and Care
Are you an early childhood professional, ready to share your knowledge with a team of educators using current pedagogy that drives better practices and outcomes for children? Then join our Early Education and Care teams and make a difference in the lives of children and their families.
Your Role
You will work closely with the team to provide high-quality play-based educational programs and assist them in implementing a curriculum that reflects best practice.
You will build and maintain positive relationships with children and families, and the local community. Most importantly, you will make a difference to the lives of children in our care and the professional practices of our educators.

Earn minimum $36.96 an hour, with additional Leadership Allowance paid on top of fortnightly wage.

12 weeks Paid Parental Leave – After 12 months of continuous service
What We Need from You
A minimum of Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care.
A Working with Vulnerable People (WWVP) registration.
A minimum of one year experience or ability to demonstrate the capability and capacity to be an effective Leader.
Display confident abilities to communicate, reflect, challenge professional dialogue and build respectful workplace relationships.
Strong knowledge and understanding of the National Quality Framework, including the Education and Care Services National Law and National Regulations.
