What you'll be doing

Providing high-quality educational and care programs that support the holistic development of children

Planning and implementing engaging, age-appropriate activities and experiences that foster children's learning and growth

Observing and documenting children's progress to inform individualised learning plans

Maintaining a safe, clean and stimulating learning environment

Communicating effectively with parents and caregivers to build strong partnerships

Collaborating with the wider team to contribute to the continuous improvement of our centre

What we're looking for

Relevant Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care Qualification or working towards

Demonstrated experience in a similar role, preferably within thechildcare industry

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with children, families and colleagues

A deep understanding of child development, early learning frameworks and best practices in early childhood education

Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask effectively

A genuine passion for nurturing and supporting the growth and wellbeing of young children
