Community Engagement and Administration Coordinator

Help children believe in the magic of childhood and begin their learning at our nature based centres!

We're looking for a friendly, energetic person to add to our team to help connect families with our high quality, nature based, early learning services. You'll be the first point of contact for families, helping them explore our centres, answer questions and schedule tours. If you love talking to people, staying organised and making a difference in children's lives - this is the role for you!

What you'll do:

Reach out to families who register on our waitlist programs

Qualify leads and waitlist enquiries

Schedule tours and consultations with our centre directors and teams

Keep our CRM updated with every conversation

Build relationships with local businesses and referral sources

Engage and coordinate our contributions to community events and coordinate and support our centre events,

General administration duties to support our centre operations

What we're looking for:

An excellent communicator (in person, phone and in writing), with a warm, approachable style

Experience in sales, event organisation, customer service, administration duties - bonus if it's in education/ early learning

Passion for helping others - for us it's helping families and children thrive

Experience with management softwares, Microsoft suite, Google suite and email

The ability to work as part of a larger team, but also show initiative and self drive on projects that are yours to lead and complete

High level organisational skills and the ability to meet timelines for projects
