Job Description
As a Family Engagement Coordinator, youโll be the welcoming face of Edge Early Learning, guiding families through their enrolment journey and ensuring a seamless experience from initial enquiry to enrolment. Working closely with a dedicated team of professionals, youโll support our centres by managing enquiries, providing accurate information, and helping families feel confident in their childcare choices.
- Managing and supporting a portfolio of centres to achieve enrolment goals.
- Engaging with families through warm, positive, and supportive communication, both online and via phone.
- Guiding families from enquiry through to enrolment, ensuring accurate records are maintained in CRM and our booking platform.
- Collaborating with Centre Directors to provide tailored Child Care Subsidy quotes and assist in filling vacancies.
- Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, championing best practices in family engagement.
- Supporting family events at local centres to strengthen community connections.
- Assisting Edgeโs newly opened centres in welcoming and supporting new families.

What you will bring:
- A proactive, self-motivated attitude with a keen sense of initiative.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a natural ability to build relationships.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- A collaborative mindset and adaptability in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
- Intermediate computer skills, including CRM, Kidsoft, and Microsoft Office suite.
- Previous experience in the Early Learning Sector or in family-facing customer service is beneficial but not essential.
- A valid Working with Children (Blue Card) and driverโs license.
