We are seeking an experienced senior administrator to play a key role in supporting our Early Childhood Approach (ECA) program and team. This position is pivotal in ensuring seamless coordination across the ECA Leadership Team and requires adaptability, professionalism, and exceptional organisational skills. You will be responsible for supporting program compliance, upholding data integrity, and operational coordination in alignment with NDIA contractual obligations.

About You
We are seeking an experienced administrator with a minimum of 3 yearsβ experience providing high-level administrative and secretarial support. Ideally, you will have held a senior administrative role at C-Suite/Executive level or supporting/coordinating program functions within a complex or large service environment.
Proven ability to coordinate or support programs/projects, including data collection, analysis and reporting.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to adapt quickly to shifting priorities, timelines, and emerging program needs while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
Calm, solution-focused approach when managing competing demands or high-pressure situations.
Proactive nature and able to work independently with the ability to anticipate issues and act before they escalate.
Demonstrated experience preparing agendas, taking minutes, managing meeting documentation and ensuring timely follow-up of actions.
Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) including TEAMS and SharePoint.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships across all levels.
Desirable
Business and/or Office Administration tertiary qualifications, training and/or relevant professional experience.
Any previous experience supporting executive-level leaders will be highly regarded.
Experience working in a regulated service environment.
Knowledge of NDIS reporting requirements.
Other Requirements
Valid NDIS Worker Screening Clearance and Blue Card (or willingness to obtain)
Current C Class Driver Licence
Evidence of Hepatitis B Vaccination status
Willingness to travel to regional locations and stay overnight when required. This will likely be 2 days at most and infrequent throughout the year.
Monday to Friday, full-time appointment with starting hours between 8:00am and 9:00am
